[ARCHIVED] COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – JULY 10, 2017.

05-05-09 006

County work crews will perform spray patching on CSAH 4 north of CSAH 3 to Breezy Point on Monday and Tuesday, CSAH 43 in Gail Lake Township Wednesday and CSAH 15/CSAH 1 in Jenkins and Gail Lake Townships on Thursday.

Maintenance work crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic.  Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

Maintenance crews will continue patching potholes on various county roads throughout the week.  Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work.  Loose patching material debris may be present.

Culvert replacement work on County Road (CR) 133 on the west side of Hamlet Lake and culvert replacement work on the south end of CR 111 in Deerwood Township is scheduled for Monday.  The roads will be closed while the work is performed.  Please plan alternative routes to avoid these areas.

County crews will be patching areas on CR 111, 133 and CR 26 with hot asphalt on Thursday.

All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.
