[ARCHIVED] COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – OCTOBER 2, 2017

County work crews will continue spray patching on CSAH 66 in Crosslake early in the week before moving to CSAH 11, east of State Highway 6 later in the week.

 

Simultaneously county work crews will be performing spray patching on County Roads 77, 49, 48, 125, 22 and 26 throughout the week.

 

Maintenance work crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

 

Maintenance crews will be patching potholes on various county roads on Friday. Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be present.

 

Ditch mowing will continue throughout the week on various county roads.

 

Motor graders will smooth rough areas on gravel roads in the southern part of the county on Monday and Tuesday.

 

All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.
